Ask IH: How to send money to my clients' users

I'm building a service where the idea is to send Churn surveys to users and analyze their answers on behalf of SaaS business.

And in order to encourage the churned users to actually answer and finish the survey the idea is to literally send them money (like, here 5 bucks if you give us a thoughtful feedback about your departure)

3 Questions to IH:

1 - As a churned user, would you answer a survey for 5 bucks?

2 - As a biz owner, would you be willing to pay for that service?

3 - Most important: How (which service) to send people money after they finish answering ?!
