Ask IH: Is there such a thing as a 'Developer marketing agency'?

I'm looking to scale up marketing efforts quickly using an agency but the problem I've always had is that generic marketing agencies don't understand developer needs or channels.

I'm looking to get expertise from an agency already specialised in Developer Marketing so I don't have to start at the basics. The agency should be able to suggest developer-specific marketing strategies rather than just making standard marketing practices fit the dev audience.

The only company I could find that did this was https://ironhorse.io/ but I'm based in Europe and the time zone will be quite big. Do you know of any others?
