Ask IH: Live chat on your site via Slack - what do you think?

I had this idea when I was working on setting up a chat feature on a product that I was working on. I really only wanted the 'chat' part of Drift, Intercom or any of the many products that do this. I definitely didn't want another UI to chat with my customers.

ChatRelay works just by posting a message in Slack when a customer starts a chat on your website. You then reply in the Slack thread and have a two way conversation. That's it! I would love to also have a suite of integrations to allow it to connect to your CRM tool or email communication tool of choice.

What do you think - would you find this product useful and pay for it?
