Hi Indie Hackers,
I'm in the process of launching a new startup that makes it easy to collect customer feedback for your business, as well as directing those who are highly positive about your business to leave reviews for you elsewhere on the web - ie Facebook, Google, etc.
We've got plugins/integrations for Shopify, WordPress (think membership sites, etc) and WooCommerce right now, and we're adding more integrations including Magento and WHMCS (the most popular web hosting billing platform) soon.
Customers will get either a one-time or recurring email asking them "How likely are you to recommend us to a friend?" and positive people are then asked to leave a review for you on other sites, while people who are more negative about your business are directed to a feedback form that comes back to your company to resolve their problem and stop it from becoming a negative feedback item somewhere online.

Have you obtained a license for NPS? See http://www.netpromotersystem.com/resources/trademarks-and-licensing.aspx . The license is $2000 /year.

Love the idea! Seems like it can help your customers build relationships with their customers - directing users to leave a positive review on other sites if positive and trying to solve a problem if the user gives negative feedback.
As @Emeka mentions, it would be a great idea to open up a free trial so that others can see how it feels. Could be a timed free trial (7 days, 14 days, etc.).
As for the landing page, even before you jump into what a Net Promoter Score is, I would explain more in depth how Fresh Feedback works. Customers want to know more about how your solution will help them achieve their goals. You could even use your 3rd paragraph in this thread so further explain your web app!
Thanks for the feedback on the homepage Tom! The home page (and the rest of the marketing site) is definitely still a work in progress, but I do like that idea of an indepth explanation of how it will help our customers achieve their goals. Most of the effort has been concentrated on getting the app ready and functional so far.
Would be nice if there was a free trial to see how it feels.
We're thinking of offering equivalent via money back guarantees rather than free trials, but it is something that we're still trying to decide upon.
