[Ask IH] Looking for Spanish IT blogs for publishing articles

Hello. My team is developing IDE for working with API TestMace. We use content marketing to attract users and tell more about our product. At this time we've posted in russian (because we are from Russia =)) and english (because most of our users know english) blogs. We have an idea to post some articles in Spanish audience.

So there are 2 questions:

1. What do you think about about this idea?
2. Advise popular IT spanish blogs where anyone can post articles for free
