At Karmabot, we're fascinated with the way chats are replacing business communication. Seeing the rise of remote work, distributed teams, we strongly believe products like Slack and MS Teams are onto something huge and the change is irreversible. Karmabot is a positive, easy to establish and understand tool for chats that promotes appreciation, recognition, better mental health, better remote team culture, more inclusive environment, more diversity, etc. Recently, we've decided to publish a series of Medium posts on the topic.

It would be great if you could have a quick (6 mins) read and give your honest feedback on the quality of the first article, I've just published. Was it engaging? Interesting? Straightforward enough? Would you like to learn more?

I read through the article and to me it is high quality. The question is more about your choice of "what" you should write about. Is it a topic of which your potential customers could be googling about?

We’re building for the team leaders and hope they’ll be googling why their employees quit haha

    Great article, keep those coming.
Typo here: " Appreciation is a conscious act
It requires an intentionally not usually practiced. "
    Also,

    1. obviously there are other factors that contribute to employees leaving, acknowledge that so you don't sound overly bullish about your product.
    2. there are other consequences of low appreciation (like low quality work, less engagment etc), don't miss out on this... Another reason to use karmabot, so mention these too.

Noted. Thanks so much for the feedback.

Edited the part with the typo.
