Ask IH: Should I make a podcast aggregator for Asian countries?

Hi all, I'm thinking of making a podcast aggregator for Asian countries. Any thoughts? Are podcasts "big" in Asia, which countries are best to target? Would be interested to hear what people think of the idea or if anyone has any experience building a product for a region they don't speak the language of.
