Ask IH: Software Development pricing for a MVP web application?

I have a question in regards to pricing software development (age old question, I know).

My team and I will be launching a service in which we will develop a MVP web application (non-iOS or Android) for you within a 2 month timeframe.

The set menu features we can accommodate in this timeframe are:

• Authentication (including 2-factor)
• Subscription-type billing
• Team Billing
• Per User Pricing
• Invoicing (printable and email)
• Notifications/Announcements (within in the application, email or SMS)
• Stripe Integration & Payment Aggregation
• Dashboard Development
• Feature Development (5 - 10 core features) that define the MVP.
• Responsive Design
• Testing (User and Unit)
• Hosting and Deployment

The idea is that we want to offer our clients and future founders an efficient and affordable way to launch their product, register users and take payments immediately.

We want to take care of the technical production so you can focus on sales, marketing, business operations whatever it maybe while you prepare to launch.

We have thought about offering this service as $989-$2500/month range to a $5000+/one-time payment, long term contracts, short-term contracts.

We've thought about subscriptions, subscriptions with an initial fee, a one-time fee.. etc.
