Ask IH: Tools where the clients and admin can directly interact

I am searching for the platforms/tools where clients can directly interact with the admin/founder and gather requirements for specific project.

1. Clients can give their requirements
2. Clients can see the progress
3. Clients can download the files/folders/projects as soon as his work is being completed by the employee.

Means after signing up the client can directly migrate to this platform and send their requirements and see the progress and download the completed files at last and from their then the Project Manager will take those requirements and then assign it to the employees as sub - tasks.
