Hired someone to redo my company's website. I knew my website was shit, but it just never felt like a priority and it finally took someone reaching out to me offering to do it. Afterwards, I saw a noticeable bump in leads and now have a website I'm not embarrassed of - totally worth $300.
Began to learn web to build my first 2 apps for the Shopify app store (previously I only did Android / Java)
After chatting with a more experienced dev, realized you could set up a local dev environment for Google Cloud Functions; that combined with getting a paid ngrok account increased my productivity 10x
started a mastermind/accountability podcast on Reactor.am. It's really helped me recognize some recurring blind spots and issues I've had related to work. It's also helped be a bit better about exercise and eating habits.
doubled down on technical learning, going through 7 full technical ebooks and pieces of many more.
didn't push myself too much on the actual coding / work side of things. It's helped me finally get to the point where my wrist injuries are 90% healed and I'm capable of working full time.
Uh it's awesome, I've been through the course and I learnt a lot of business fundamentals I was missing. And @justinvincent is a great coach and mentor, always available to provide clever feedback on your project on the Slack group.
