[Ask IH] What will be minimum feature set of { hubspot } that will be useful for you? (Or you dont use hubspot)

I am planning to start making my first app. And thinking on Hubspot's super simpler version. To the point and only feature set that is needed.
If you are using hubspot or any of its alternate, which features you use most and can be weaved into a v1 / mvp.
I feel like my emailing/outreach/CRM needs are constantly changing but right now I could really use a simplified CRM and mass emailing tool to track my different email lists.
I've used Mailchimp for newsletters but as expected, my open rate is not very high and it often ends up in promotions. I like Streak because its simple and allows me to send mass emails while also giving me the ability to make personal customizations. Unfortunately, it's very very buggy and super time consuming to organize my email lists. It's also not really a CRM. I've used Hubspot before and it's alright. It has a lot of tools and features which are great for larger businesses but I'm not personally sold on it for my own startup.
I've used hubspot. I mainly just use it to keep a list of my contacts. I do like that they can automatically get information based on the website, but that isn't a huge deal. I also like there Gmail integration. Email templates are also a useful feature for me.
