Small progress. I am not thinking to finish a whole flow or feature today, I am thinking to have at least some progress and go satisfied with that feeling. The hard part is to be satisfied, but it had given results.
I started saying "Thank you" every single end of the day, for being healthy, for having great friends and family, for having a roof on top of my head and having food in the fridge. For living life true to myself.
Meditation definitely helps me as well. I really noticed the difference when I did it not every day anymore. And make my bed every day is also something I started doing this year. It's such a simple thing but it still increases your discipline. It reminds me that when you do something for a while you don't have to think about it anymore. And now I know that when I start creating a habit which I find difficult.
Not work related, but I stopped eating meat 3 years ago which resulted in a lot more energy and overall better health. I guess with that I had to change my diet to eating more plants which set me off on a healthier track in general.
Media cleanses - basically not watching TV, news, or frequenting more than one forum on a daily basis (currently only IH).
Also, very limited reading, podcasts etc since I am working on a product, so everything else becomes a distraction unless I need some info for the product.
Sorry if I sounds not professional, but for me, stopped watching porn before bed makes my waking up feels more refreshed xD
Also, always have a goal for tomorrow
Winner
I started to work from a coworking space instead of home. That simple change boosted my productivity by 50-100%.
I'm considering the coworking space near my home too. Could you elaborate how it boosts your productivity? Thanks
I can not change the context from 'chilling' to 'working' with tricks. I need to go to another space to switch my brain.
Same here, I'm sad that covid is not letting me go :(
Yeah. It was a big challenge to me to work from home during the pandemic.
hmm are shelter-in-place restrictions lifted at where you live?
I have been self-isolated at home for a few months and as soon as coworkings opened, I started to visit it.

Going to bed early so I can wake up early and get some of my own work in before atual work.
Cold showers in the morning & meditation ;)
Maintain a sleep schedule based off of 90-minute increments, it has been the healthiest way I've been able to not wake up groggy! 💤💤💤
Can you please elaborate a bit on that? I didn't quite get what you meant.
Copywriting and content are the last things I do
But 2 years ago I started a daily routine: Contribute, write and reply on LinkedIn / Quora / Forums
I can see a tremendous improvement in how I read, write and even listen :)
Thanks for starting this thread @adawg4

To the question in your title: Personally for me, it has been breathwork (Yoga breathing exercises).
