ASK IH: Youtube - 2 separate channels or 1 big ?
Hello hackers,
I have in mind to start a small YT vlog channel about our niche - small business websites. I'm native Slovak speaker and we have about an half of clients here in Slovakia [that prefer SK language] and other half from the all over the world and for them I like to record videos in English. So, the question of the day is if It's better to create a 2 separate youtube channels according to each language or 1 bigger with 2 separate playlists like: How To's In English and How To's in Slovak language. What's your opinion ? 🤔
My opinion is that it's hard enough to grow one channel. I'd advice to bet on the channel that will grow fastest and prove the product market fit. Nurture the first channel and learn. Once you feel like you're reaching the limits of growth or the channel becomes sustainable, you might be ready to scale.
