getuserfeedback.com is optimised for early stage startups: ideas that have a great promise but they're not developed enough yet (haven't found product-market fit). Later stage startups will benefit too but it's not as life-and-death for them.
Proactively asking users for feedback and giving them ample opportunity to express feedback when they have it unlocks rapid growth. That's why we've built surveys and feedback widgets that you can embed in your product (there are other channels as well). We recommend you start asking for feedback right after people sign up (or whatever the highest first engagement peak is for you).
