I've been building The Tank (https://thetank.io) for a few months now, because I got tired of explaining my entire context to AI tools every single time I opened them.

The core idea: what if an AI actually remembered what you're building? Not just surface-level chat history, but your tech stack, your constraints, your failed experiments, the decisions you made three weeks ago and why.

The AI inside is called MIMIR. It synthesizes perspectives from multiple models (GPT, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek) and maintains persistent memory about your projects.

So I asked it: "If you could speak to the IH community directly, what would you tell them about what you are and how you work?"

1. What's your biggest frustration with AI tools when you're building? (For me it was the constant re-explaining)
2. Would you want to see actual conversation logs where MIMIR pushed back on my ideas or connected dots from past sessions?

We're early, but I think persistent context + multi-model synthesis changes the game for builders.
