If you were to move to the African continent today knowing what you know about the continent, what type of product would you build ? or problems would you set out to tackle ?
Honestly, I don't know anything about Africa. I have never been there and media tells only what's convenient to their narrative.
However, if I had to move, I would study all the businesses that people take for granted in the first world countries. Then, I would think about what fits my skills, what I find interesting and what can work even in my context.
It's not a strategy I came up with right now. It's something I have been doing in the last few years. I usually look at US startups, they are 6-12 months ahead European startups and you can basically see the future.
Interesting perspective.
