I want to ask that if I will develop a email marketing and SMS marketing platform now will it work? Because there are lots of email marketing and SMS marketing SaaS are already on the internet so the users will adopt my new marketing SaaS or what do I need to do to beat this competition?
Email marketing is a tough neighborhood for startups, the question you should ask yourself is, what added value can I bring to the user? and to answer this question it requires lots of research and investigation. my advice to you; avoid playing the feature game at any cost. also, I would recommend you to listen to Peep Laja's "How to Win" Podcast Episode number one where he talked with the CEO of Convertkit. it will give you a better picture of the market.
