Assembling a team to build the 'SNL of Business.'

Background:
Hey guys, I’ve been a full-time entrepreneur for 3 years now and I realized one thing about myself; I absolutely love the Shiny Object Syndrome. The traditional school of thought says you have to pick one business and stick with it for decades, but that just scares the shit out of me, and I end up going from 1 idea to the next. And I know I'm not the only one that has this weakness. So I’ve decided to stop looking at it as a weakness and instead lean into what I’m actually good at, which is; coming up with new crazy ideas, getting them from 0-1 and then moving on to the next venture. That’s what gets me out of bed every morning!

What this is:
So inspired by the likes of MSCHF https://www.nytimes.com/2020/01/30/style/MSCHF-sneakers-culture.html
We are starting a venture studio that will come up with out of the box ventures, viral products and marketing stunts. Think of it like the SNL of Business. We all have a list in our notes app of crazy ideas we want to put out into the world and this studio will be the canvas for those crazy ideas. This will start as a side project until it’s generating enough profit for us to go full-time on it. Remember, you can fail at a boring business that you hate, so why not take a gamble on an idea that is actually fun along the way.

Who’s allowed in the treehouse:
99.9% of you reading this will probably think this is insane and that’s totally fine. We are looking for that 0.1% that are in the same boat as me and don't really fit into the traditional model of entrepreneurship. If you enjoy coming up with fun crazy ideas that don’t necessarily have a clear monetization plan. If you live for bringing those ideas to life but then get bored quickly with the rest of it. If you have a list of ‘dumb’ business ideas and are looking for a way to put them out there one by one. Then you are the type of crazy we are looking for. We are assembling a group of 5 people that cover different aspects; 2 marketers, 1 programmer, 1 designer (video and graphic design) and 1 project manager.

How to join:
Comment your email and which of the 5 roles you think you can do.

Let the fun begin.

    Hello Mo,
I'm a software developer with 10+ years of experience. Recentrly I was polishing my fullstack skills and I think I can build a SaaS product fairly fast. My goto technologies are Angular on frontend, firebase for authentication possibly storage, java or node backend with some database linke mongo or postgre.

I would love to fail fast with you until one day we can succeed. I would not consider creating a "drawer" project a fail if it is accessible and working.

You can check my exp on LinkedIn here: https://www.linkedin.com/in/jan-brus/
