At which steps of the customer journey would a video be useful?

I'm working on a popup-video software that triggers videos along the customer journey on e-commerce websites.
So far, we observed our users creating many use cases (ex: welcome video, thank-you video, product video, etc).

➡️ I'd like to have your opinion on WHERE these types of video would bring value / reduce a friction point on an e-commerce store?
