Authentication Cookies and SameSite Policy

Spent the whole afternoon figuring out why the heck OAuth2 login would no longer work in Chrome / Edge Chromium but not in Firefox, old Edge etc. Apparently @ChromiumDev tightened the screws on SameSite = None cookies over insecure transports to any hosts including localhost. 🤨
