How the rewards system is implemented
By performing certain actions on the platform the author gets experience
Authors get levels for collected experience (also calls XP)
Various rewards and opportunities open up with each level
Additional actions of authors bring them achievements
The author's achievements are visible to all users of the platform and bring additional experience
