Auto renewal unexpected. How can I get a refund of Plus membership?

Not being able to find the right contact, so I'm posting here.

I just found that I got auto renewed with my Plus account a few days ago, which was not my intent.

So I'm trying to get a refund. I've just cancelled the subscription.

How can we get this done?
