Autocomplete extension for lawyers?
Lawyers make a lot of documents on a daily basis. I suppose they mostly reuse templates and fill the blanks and that seems error prone to me. Is there some smarter autocomplete plugin for them?
Something that autocompletes contact informations, address, ids.. Maybe even whole phrases and paragraphs..
"I suppose" highlights to me that you don't know. I'd suggest speaking to a lawyer and see how they handle documents, see if it is a problem that exists and worth solving.
I remember talking with my company's general legal counsel (lawyer) once about his job and he said a lot of it was reviewing contracts after sending them back and forth between a potential buyer, seller, or partner. I'd imagine there's gotta be a tool out there for that, but if not some sort of legal document specific version control/diffing software might be just as valuable if not moreso.
