Meta Ads reporting usually means logging into Ads Manager, customizing a report, exporting a CSV, and rebuilding it in a spreadsheet or a slide before anyone actually looks at it. With the Smacient connector's Meta Ads tools, that export step goes away.
What the connector's Meta Ads tools do
Connected through official OAuth, the Meta Ads tools return spend, ROAS, and audience breakdown for your own ad accounts, live, not from a cached export. The standard workflow is meta_list_accounts to see which ad accounts are available, then account-specific calls like meta_analyze_campaigns for performance and meta_conversion_funnel for funnel-stage breakdowns.
How to run it
Once your Meta Ads account is connected, ask Claude directly: "Show me last week's spend and ROAS across all active campaigns, broken down by audience." Claude lists your ad accounts, pulls the relevant campaign data, and returns it in the conversation. From there you can ask for a comparison against the previous week, a specific campaign's funnel breakdown, or a plain-language summary to send to a client, all without opening Ads Manager.
Why this matters for reporting cadence
Weekly or client-facing reporting is usually the first thing that slips when things get busy, because pulling and formatting the export takes real time. When the data is a conversation away, a status check becomes something you can do in two minutes instead of scheduling for later.
Getting started
Meta Ads own-account tools are part of the Group A, officially connected tools in the Smacient connector, free to use once your account is linked.
