Hey Siimon, I actually created our current product to help with this.
You can create a recap that contains everything you discussed, set next steps with deadlines, and have recipients comment on it - www.recapped.io
If you're more interested in creating a sequence and sending that automatically, then check out Interseller or Outreach.io

Outreach is a great tool but they require a minimum amount of seats and a long term plan. Discovered Klenty a few months ago and works great.
Their workflow is simple but has all the right features such as throttling, blacklisting, tags and decent A/B reporting. Their team are super responsive and developing lots of new features and integrations with prices starting at $30 per account..

Hey! Thanks for the reply, I'm currently using Gmelius, that does the same thing. I'm looking for a fully automated solution - if person doesn't reply within 30 days, it automatically sends a follow-up.
You'll want Outreach.io (if you're using Salesforce) or something like Interseller.
