Based on our previous experience building a startup, one of the most important things that signaled trust was user testimonials on landing page.
The process of collecting testimonials (both from customers and businesses) has been a manual process of back and forth for sending blurbs, gathering images and multiple follow ups for legal consents.
Curious to know:
- How was the process like when you last gathered customer testimonials, did you use any tools to automate this?
- Would you be willing to pay for a tool that simplifies testimonial gathering and automates follow ups?
