Automation is real the solution?

Do you guys agree that automation is real solution for many tedious jobs that we do manually daily?

    Most of the time, yes. But not always.

    Do you want automated customer support? I sure as heck don’t want that.

    Remember, a lot of people PAY EXTRA for basically ‘humanized’ products.

      I totally agree with you. Human element is key on all the solutions. Although, if automation can help reduce the MTTR, wouldn't it be helpful?
