Autonomy – AI agents that automate repetitive business workflows

When I started talking to founders and small business owners, I expected to hear that their biggest challenge was getting more customers.

Instead, I kept hearing something different.

We have leads, but we can't respond fast enough.

Our support team keeps answering the same questions.

Too much time is spent on repetitive work instead of growing the business.

The problem wasn't always a lack of demand it was the growing amount of manual work that came with it.

That's what led me to build Autonomy.

The idea wasn't to create another chatbot or another AI wrapper. I wanted to build AI agents that could actually become part of a company's workflow handling routine customer conversations, qualifying leads, answering common questions, and helping teams spend less time on repetitive tasks.

We're still early, and there's a lot left to improve. Every conversation with users changes how we think about the product. One thing we've learned is that automation only creates value when it fits naturally into the way people already work.

Right now, the focus isn't on adding every possible AI feature. It's on making the existing workflows more reliable, more useful, and easier for businesses to trust.

I'd love to hear from other founders:

What's the most repetitive task in your business that you'd automate if you could?
