Autosuggest API for tags & locations?

Hey there,

Does anybody know if there's a decent API provider that can provide autosuggested tags for a given topic?

Let's say "software engineering" would contain names of programming languages, cloud platforms, etc., and "locations" would contain countries, regions, states, cities.
