Avenue Ticketing Builds Communities, Not Just Events

In today’s fast-moving digital economy, ticketing platforms are often seen as transactional intermediaries—facilitating entry to concerts, conferences, or festivals. Yet Avenue Ticketing, Inc., headquartered in Delaware, was founded on a far broader vision: to transform event ticketing into a bridge that forges stronger communities. The company’s philosophy is rooted not only in making event management seamless but also in creating an infrastructure that empowers people to connect, share experiences, and build lasting networks.

At the heart of Avenue Ticketing’s mission are its two founders: Harsh Jeenesh Banthia, and Yash Banthia. Together, they bring a combination of entrepreneurial spirit, technical knowledge, and strategic foresight that is rare in such an early-stage venture.

The Founders Behind the Vision

Harsh Jeenesh Banthia

Based in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii, Harsh Jeenesh Banthia has a track record of turning vision into scalable business models. A graduate of Niagara University, New York with a Bachelor of Science in Computer & Information Science (2019–2023), Harsh also carried with him an extensive athletic career, having represented the British Virgin Islands in tennis, football, and cricket at the national level.

Harsh served as Business Development & IT Lead at Premkamal Spas LLC in Hawaii, where he expanded operations from 3 to 5 spa locations and secured partnerships with global hotel brands such as Hilton and Marriott. His forward-thinking approach introduced AI-powered robot massage rooms, ERP and IoT integrations, and in-house product lines that created new revenue streams and increased profitability.

Harsh is also deeply recognized for his role in community initiatives, including organizing tennis camps for children with autism in the British Virgin Islands. Supported by global figures such as Sir Richard Branson, he has been widely profiled in media, from sports features in The BVI Beacon to coverage in hotel industry publications.

Yash Banthia

Like Harsh, Yash Banthia operates from Hawaii and brings to Avenue Ticketing a complementary background in business operations and entrepreneurship. He holds an MBA in Information Systems from the University of California, Riverside (2020–2022), where he earned a $30,000 financial scholarship, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Dwaraka Doss Goverdhan Doss Vaishnav College, Chennai, India (2015–2018).

Professionally, Yash is the General Manager and Head of Operations  at Premkamal Spas LLC, where he helped expand the company’s partnerships with top hotel brands while pioneering cost-saving systems and innovative service add-ons. His efforts directly contributed to the company generating more than $800,000 in annual revenue through new hotel spa deals and retail offerings.

Entrepreneurship has been at the core of Yash’s career. He previously founded Ryde in Chennai (2018–2019), a ride-sharing platform that onboarded over 1,000 drivers in its first month before being acquired. Even earlier, during high school, he founded Trapchat, a social dating platform that gained recognition from the Prime Minister of the British Virgin Islands.

Yash has also interned with Automotive Mastermind, a division of S&P Global in New York, supporting product operations for a SaaS platform valued at over $40M. At Avenue Ticketing, Yash holds 49% ownership and spearheads operational strategy, software roadmap planning, and growth execution.

Building More Than Events

The founders are united in their belief that ticketing is more than just a gateway to an event—it is an opportunity to build ecosystems of shared interests and cultural identity. Avenue Ticketing is designed not only to simplify event logistics for organizers but also to create digital touchpoints where attendees can connect before, during, and after an event.

This vision resonates in the way the company positions itself: “Building communities, not just events.” By combining Harsh’s technical and business development expertise, Yash’s operational and entrepreneurial background, and Nirmal’s strategic leadership, Avenue Ticketing is uniquely placed to disrupt a market that has long been dominated by transactional platforms.

The Road Ahead

Currently raising its pre-seed round at a $1M valuation, Avenue Ticketing is preparing to scale rapidly. With its founders’ history of negotiating with global hotel chains, pioneering AI-driven solutions, and creating jobs in hospitality and technology, the company is poised to attract investors who see beyond short-term gains.

The story of Avenue Ticketing is not just about a startup—it is about leveraging experience, resilience, and vision to redefine how events are experienced. For Harsh, Yash, and Nirmal, this journey is not merely about ticketing. It is about connection. It is about belonging. And most importantly, it is about community.
