Avoid low rate star rating on mobile app store

It's so important to avoid low rate star ratings on mobile app store like Google Play and App Store.

To increase installation and conversion on store, app's rating is important. To raise the ranking such a ASO is important.

But users often rate with low star. How can we avoid them?

First, we have to know why users post low star rating. Users often review with low star like bug report and improvement request to developer.

But I think review is not message board between users and developer. So we have to induce users to right place.

For it, developer should place contact form to easy to understand in app. Then, if users found bug or want to request something, don't go to app review form and use contact form. So we can avoid needless low star ratings. And can know what users want.

And if we improve app by referring to those voices, we can make own app more comfortable place for users. Then same report and request will decrease and ratio of high star rating will increase. So it's important to place contact form in app.
