Q. What is the refund policy?
A. All accounts come with a 24-hour warranty. If the account gets locked within 24 hours, you will receive a full refund or a replacement account depending on stock. Once the 24-hour window has passed, there are no refunds.

Q. Can I transfer the credits to another account?
A. No. You are purchasing an account with credits loaded.

Q. Can these accounts get locked?
A. There is a small chance these accounts will get locked as long as you follow AWS and OVH terms of service. Don't use the accounts to mine crypto, DDOS, phishing, botnets, hacking, etc.

Q. What happens after I buy an account?
A. I will you send you the account username and password, along with any email addresses attached to those accounts. You will own these accounts fully.

Q. When do credits expire?
A. AWS credits expire in 24 months and OVH Cloud expires in 12 months.

Q. When will I receive the account?
A. Within 24 hours.
