AWS alternatives?

By mistake I oversized all my EC2 & OpenSearch instances, and got a bill for 4,500$. It spent all my AWS credits I received from Amazon and other providers.

I have to migrate to the new hosting. What do you use, and which one is the most efficient? I'm talking about the Laravel app
