Distribution is the part nobody warns you about.

You spend months building. The product works. The problem is real. And then you ship and nothing happens. No users, no feedback, no signal. Just silence.

That was me. I launched AXL and had 12 people on a waitlist. Not because the product wasn't ready but because I had no idea where my audience was actually talking. I was posting randomly, guessing subreddits absolutely worst feeling that kept worried about this whole project.

The real problem with distribution isn't effort. It's intelligence. You don't know which Reddit thread is blowing up right now about exactly your problem. You don't know which HN discussion is the perfect moment to show up. You don't know which LinkedIn post has 200 comments from your exact customer. By the time you find it, the window's gone.

So I stopped guessing and started treating distribution like a data problem.

I built AXL to scan Reddit, Hacker News, LinkedIn, and X in real time not with keyword matching, but actual intent detection and surface the exact conversations where my product belongs. The moment a thread pops up where someone is feeling the pain AXL solves, I know about it. I jump in, I talk to them directly, I get real feedback and real interest. This felt like a cheatcode i got to talk with so many founders and understood exactly why I built Axl,

Went from 12 to 247 waitlist signups doing exactly this. No ads. No cold outreach. Just showing up in the right room at the right time.

That's what AXLMaxxing =not hacking the algorithm, not spamming communities. Just having the intelligence to know where your people are and being there first.

If distribution has ever felt like shouting into the void, I'd love to show you what this looks like. Link in the comments.
