B2B experience? 🤔

http://palinatech.com

Hey guys, I have a question. I own two Onlineshops (www.palinatech.com & www.ayni-ppacha.com) and I am planning to sell the products from Ayni Ppacha to B2B-customers.
So far, I have only sold B2C-customers. So I have no experience in B2B.

Can anybody give me some tips for B2B distribution? How is the process with the customer? What are the most important steps (maybe also from a legal point of view -> contracts, etc.).

There are already interested businesses and I would like to make a professional impression.

I am grateful for every comment!

Greetings from Germany

Selling B2B is a bit different for sure. You will likely be asked to offer credit so they can pay later (Net 30 terms etc). So that means doing credit checks, A/R, collections, credit limits etc. Also forcasting on qty's needed and when etc.
Do you have some potential B2B clients you have talked to about what their requirements and expectations would be if they were to buy from you?
