B2B Marketer, are your campaigns not delivering results? -> Reevaluate your buyer persona!

Did you know that companies that exceed lead and revenue goals are over twice as likely to create buyer personas than companies that miss these goals?*

Makes sense, because the buyer personas are the foundation of all marketing activities, value messages and marketing content. You cannot connect to your customers without a strong understanding of their needs and concerns.

So if your marketing activities are not delivering results, maybe the problem isn't in the campaign creatives, website copy or email subject.

Instead, it could mean that you're not reaching the right users. Meaning that you need to redefine your target audience and buyer personas.

But the process of defining your buyer persona can be quite complicated. It takes a lot of time and effort for research, interviews with customers, analysis, etc.

For this reason, we created a step-by-step guide that covers the whole process of creating your buyer persona.

There's also a summary of the most important customer details you should collect. We’ve been building it over the last three years while working on 20+ B2B projects. ✨

Check it out and let me know what you think! I hope this helps a fellow B2B marketer in need! :)

I also think that customer empathy as well as focus on solving their problem is vital for any business to grow.

I completely agree. Customers quickly figure out the business' intentions. And if businesses go out of their way to solve the customer problem, they'll be rewarded with loyalty and championship which are the biggest social proof a business can have.
