B2B sales/growth help in exchange for technical help

I have a background in B2b sales, strategy, operations, and growth in tech. I have been looking into a couple different bootstrap ideas and found one I’m pretty excited about and think can take off pretty quickly but I’m non - technical. I am looking either for a co founder OR someone with their own idea and they need sales help in exchange for helping me with software development. I have a few ideas that i am bouncing around and looking for a side gig to work on again but lack all the skills you have. I have done mostly backend development but know enough to figure stuff on the front end as well if you want to talk further.
