B2B Serial Entrepreneur / CEO Seeks UX, Devp & Growth Marketing Partner(s) - SaaS / Future of Work / Agility at Scale

Hi Guys,

I'm a serial entrepreneur / CEO / Author that has spent nearly 40 years delivering innovation / software related solutions to large Enterprise. The last 15 years has been spent innovating new pathways for transforming traditional, dysfunctional / bureaucratic companies into digital / product ninja's.

I run a boutique strategic advisory / transformation consultancy that is recognized as a global thought leader in "full stack" agile / product transformation... We leverage neuroscience, evolutionary biology, design thinking and lean start-up methods to navigate larger firms into a radically better version of themselves.

Today I stand at a cross-roads with our product effort... do I raise venture capital or do I find more creative ways to build out the platform areas essential to a successful market launch. Our effort to date is three years of deep research and early development (including 500K in design/development costs) towards building out an ambitious SaaS platform. The vision and functionality of the platform is focused on provoking (at scale) very intentional human experiences and interactions that provoke systemic innovation and agility culture as well as organizational performance. Our platform is NOT an HR solution... it is an organizational agility /product innovation ecosystem facilitator that shifts the focus of every employee of larger firms (from C-Suite to individual contributor) from it's inward, silo'd mindsets and behaviors (something we call ego-centric) to externally obsessed, outside-in, eco-system operating model focused ruthlessly on customer outcomes and working horizontally across organizational boundaries color-blind to silo's.

So... One scenario I'm considering is involving a small team of UX / development / Growth Hacking partners who have an interest in earning equity for helping us building out, launch ad scale a successful B2B SaaS business... and who also have a passion for and interest in the problem domain of of organizational re-invention.
