(B2C)300 Users in 3 Weeks - How good is this?

Finding reviews that are as reliable as a friend's opinion is damn hard, we're building Gopick to make reviews easy and much more trustable forever. In this context, we have ditched the age old stars to make way for Reviews v2.0 -

2.👍👎 Like & dislike tags.
3.📝 Rich text reviews.
4.📲 Get Social with other reviewers.
5.🎥 Good old YouTube Videos.

We've launched GoPick beta in the last week of March and managed to get 300+ users with 60 signups and 10K pageviews, can you help me understand how good is this for a B2C product?

Also, we were thrilled to know that some of our users loved the product experience so much that they wanted to involve further like teammates & moderators.

I'm keen on getting some early adaptors for GoPick who love to try out new consumer tech products(and probably excellent feedback givers) to help us build a terrific reviews platform for the globe.
