I'd appreciate some feedback on my landing page copy.

Awesome. I'd break up the "housing security" section into two or three paragraphs - it's a lot of text. I love the emojis in the "Get the full story" section. I'd be interested to see testimonials once you have them.

I think this looks great! I am not sure that the header fully communicates what the problem is. I think you could emphasise one of the primary pain points for renters here so they immediately think "Ahh, I need this!".

Maybe thats using an example of avoiding a noisy neighbour on your our next apartment rental. Maybe you could even cycle through a few examples with different pictures.

The hero image also doesn't really tell a relevant story, this girl looks kind of worried and while people using your service may look worried reading through reviews, it's not the end goal. I think this would be better if you showed someone looking happy in their new apartment with a big smile because your service helped them.

The page is looking good but information is not sufficient. I mean there is no social media accounts connected and no contact and support links or email id.
No Privacy Policy and Terms page.

If you want to collect email addresses, then add a privacy policy page.

You should spend some money on logo design also. You can hire a good logo designer from here https://instagram.com/logomakers_hq (Not affiliated to me, I used their service, these people are nice)

Another issue is that your landing page size is 2.5MB and takes 10s to load. Its just a small landing page, just remove unnecessary css and js.
