Do you know other website where i could get traffic (singles) from to get new registration ?

Create (custom) pages for smaller cities in France, eg. "Finding a partner in Lile", "Looking for a date in Rennes". Which will not guarantee traffic/users in the short term, but it's fairly easy to set up for multiple cities and more easily to rank for. See to move from there.
Go to classified websites. Create fake ads there. Usually, you will get males.
Message guys there too and ask them to signup for free.
Just wondering what made you take this on? Is your app any different than the rest? Are you focusing on a niche for dating?
You may be able to run ads on French subreddits (reddit.com).
There are blogs that review sites outright, just search for 'Top ten dating apps in France' then reach out to the publishers to add you to the list.
