Hey Guys,

This is a post for both #product-feedback-request and #landing-page-feedback. We have been working on this product for a while now and finally launched our public beta a month or so ago. We are looking to build a community that likes to learn and get inspired from one another.

Our motivation behind building the product was that most people share recommendations, to-dos and suggestions in the form of lists, and thought there should exist an easier and a more convenient way for people to share these with each other. So from book recommendations, to travel or bucket lists, we made a platform to easily share any lists. One can easy add a list or a individual items from others’ lists for their own.

However, Shtick is not just a "list building” and sharing platform, we added social elements to it where one can “check-off” a certain activity and put up their pictures of it. We also added a challenge feature for friends / groups to compete on lists that they deem appropriate.

Please give it a go (we suggest the desktop version of the site). Most social elements are accessible when you sign up.

Tell us what you think and if this product is something you will use?

Thanks a lot.

I am notorious among my friends and family for having a list of movies on a note-taking app on my phone. They regularly ask me to text them my list.
Hopefully, your website will help me share my list with them.

I suggest you change the name that appears on the tab, next to your favicon. It is currently "Architectural marvels every...."

Can I select who I share my lists with?

@asosa16 Yes, the site is made primarily for people like us. I have also spent many texts just referring movies/tv shows/ podcasts to friends and family. Its easy now.
The text next to the favicon is the name of the list you currently are on and the author of the list. Is that a problem?
At the moment you can choose to keep your lists private, public or collaborative. The former two are self-explanatory; collaborative lists allow you to share lists with specific users.
Thanks for replying. I suggest creating a few lists and taking a general look around the platform to better understand it. We've tried to make things easy.
