Balancing Building and Talking about it

Building Fileo has me constantly torn between two worlds:

On one side, I love coding. Features, architecture, AI models – that’s where I feel at home.
On the other side, there’s marketing, SEO, social media, posting here. Equally important, but it doesn’t come as naturally.

As a solo founder, I sometimes end the day completely drained. And weekends? I wonder: do I really have to work 24/7 to make this work, or is it okay to step back and recharge?

Curious: how do other solo entrepreneurs balance this?
How much time do you invest in building vs. talking about what you’re building?
