Right now the main CTA is the beta signup (via Prefinery). Thoughts?
Okay, so I'm an author and use software when I write. Your s-ware looks a bit like Scrivener (https://www.literatureandlatte.com/scrivener/overview) but more user-friendly.
I currently use Vellum (https://vellum.pub/) because I outline on paper first, type the outline, then write within Vellum.
I think you have a very promising product. But there is an aside... authors HATE paying monthly, so you should consider an annual fee (in addition).
Also, if you are looking for beta authors, you should join this group and then post your request. Read what others are saying before you post. This group is active and has thousands of authors.

Awesome, thanks so much for the tips. Yes, my research so far has definitely indicated that some users are 100% against a monthly fee. I would, of course, offer the annual at a discount, like most SaaS's, but some won't want that either, especially if they're already using something like Scrivener that's a one-time license.
Of course, the offering includes defacto cloud backup and remote access from anywhere, so hopefully that's valuable enough to some. I have seen at least one other competitor offer their cloud-based service with a one-time lifetime license, but that strikes me as a BAD idea for business.
Hey @tedbot.
Firstly, It really shines through your website that you are passionate about bringing the best writing experience for authors. Great work.
Feedback.
I would try to change the gradient on the image, the header or the container below the image, right now its a bit too much of the purple color. A video or a gif that explains/shows the product more would also be good, especially the StoryObjects.
Good luck.
Agree.
Great, thank you!
Hi @tedbot,
I like your well laid out page and your offering that is clearly explained. Your quote makes me keen to check out your software
I am not an author, but I write a blog. I just signed up for early access.
All the best.
Thank you, glad to hear this!
