First-time posting here. I'd love feedback on my idea. I want to create a list of product managers looking for roles and match them with jobs. The difference between this and a recruiting agency is that the applications are vetted by other experienced product managers.

Here are my two cents
design looks dated and font and typography doesn’t match the kind of target audience you might be looking for.
I don’t know if it’s just me but The website is not mobile responsive. That is table stakes in today’s day and age
the idea is good but you have to explain what does vetting by other Product Managers mean. How valuable it is to a future employer.
two sided marketplaces in the recruitment space is exceedingly hard to differentiate and grow. So the question would be answering within the first scroll of the website why you and how you are unique.
