Do we need another chat app - what it could do differently?

We already have a lot of chat apps in the market, and those like WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger are deeply grounded here.

Here's something different your chat app could do - make it specifically for office use. Allow integrations with project management tools, accounting softwares, employee management softwares, etc.

That way, professionals can use it to maintain communication with relevant teams while performing their daily tasks without having to switch between tabs or windows to chat. It saves valuable seconds off their time and helps keep conversation records application specific.
