Be the opposite of what you despise!
I know a lot of people start businesses because they're frustrated with the way they've been treated at work, by past bosses, executives, etc.
If you don't like dishonest business practices - be honest!
If you don't like fake jerk-you-around hiring practices - be straightforward in hiring!
If you don't like over-billing corporations with hidden fees - have transparent pricing!
There's so much room for so many more people to be "successful" but I believe it starts with more people stopping all the bad business practices right in their tracks.
Hahah it’s true. I hated watching tutorials on YouTube and having to watch 2 to 3 minutes of useless intros for a technical tutorial, so I made a channel and called it NoIntro Tutorials. People compliment me all the time how I get to the point right away in my videos.
