Bearconnect.io: My GTM Strategy

Hi everyone! I’m getting closer to fully launching Bearconnect, a LinkedIn automation tool I’ve been building over the last few months.

Right now, we’re finishing Stripe integration. (For current users, I’m sharing a manual Stripe payment link for now.) Once that’s tested and working smoothly, here’s what I plan to do to get more users:

My GTM Plan:

  1. Hire affiliates – I’ll work with people (like creators, consultants, and agencies) who already have an audience that would benefit from Bearconnect.

  2. Cold email outreach – I’ll reach out to lead gen agencies, founders, and sales teams who might find the tool useful.

  3. Use Bearconnect myself for LinkedIn outreach – I’m already using it daily to connect with people and improve the messaging as I go.

I’d love your suggestions:

  • What worked for you when you launched your product?

This is my first SaaS product, and I’m figuring things out as I go.

    Loved your product idea !

I help bootstrapped founders like you get real, verified leads from USA/Europe using simple outbound systems (no ads, no complexity).

Would love to send you a sample list for free — just reply here or DM me 🙌

Hi Mona, Sounds great, I am just starting on my journey too so I am interested in what works. Hope it all goes great and interested to learn how that cold email outreach works.

Hi Mona, I've used a similar product before so I know how powerful it can be. Rob's question about LinkedIn compliance will likely be your major adoption hurdle. Your GTM approach is a good start--you've covered outbound and channel motions--but do you also have an active approach to inbound? I'd also be curious to hear how you would intend to "hire" affiliates.

Hey! Yes, that is a valid concern. We have ensured that our user's LinkedIn account is totally protected. I use my 20 year LinkedIn account to run my own campaigns on Bearconnect. We are providing a dedicated IP to all our users + other security measures are in place. For inbound, I post almost every day on LinkedIn, going to start posting on YT. I have to figure out how to appear on LLM searches. Any ideas?

Hi Mona, you're not the only one trying to figure this out. LLMs don't crawl the internet like search engines so you have show up where they're most likely to pay attention. The three words I would keep in mind are semantics, context and authority--semantics set up properly on your site, context being part of the conversation in the right places with links back to the site, and setting yourself/your site/and your product up as an authority. GTM Savants is going through the same effort that you're going through, so me advising you here is actually helping both of us. If you want to talk it through, feel free to DM me on LinkedIn (Eric Savant) or contact through the site. Best of luck.

Congrats on the imminent launch - looks like a well thought out product 👍

Any challenges yet around ensuring you're compliant with LinkedIn T&Cs?
