Qatar / San Marino / Greenland at 0% each.
A first thought will be; well it's too cold or too hot for forests to grow there, so pretty normal.
Well - if that is the thinking behind the reason not to have some, can you morally blame another country for not respecting their rainforests / forests ?
Should there be an international tax for countries that have lower than average % of forests on their territory?
Thoughts? I'm wondering what you think about this fellow indiehackers!
