Behind the Scenes of ReplyMind's Thrilling Product Hunt Journey

It’s Konok from ReplyMind. The response we received was beyond our expectations. This brings me here to share our launch story.

This was our first launch on Product Hunt and trust me we didn’t know the difference between a teaser page and the product page until the day before launch. LOL. 😂 We scheduled our launch. We thought our product would automatically show up on the “coming soon” page. We were so busy with the pre-launch activities that we didn’t even check if people could see our teaser or not. My marketing manager suddenly said, “Hey, I have scrolled to the bottom but I couldn’t find ReplyMind listed on the coming soon page”. Thank God he checked. 😂

We garnered over 600 upvotes to secure second place on our launch. Would you believe If I said our PH launch preparation started just 2-3 days before the launch? And of course, 2-3 days is nothing if you want to be fully prepared for your launch. We realized there was so much to do and we were not prepared enough. At one point, I could feel our team was hinting at a postponement.🧭 But, they took up the challenge and literally worked day and night during the last few days to make the draw happen! Super proud of them. 🙏❤

It would be unfair to say, we did everything in the last few days. Zarif and Mehad were making sure we had a lovable product. Omar and his team were ensuring the customer journey was smooth. Moon and I have been building our network around the PH community for quite some time. We were reaching out to our network asking for feedback and support. I must confess we mostly used ReplyMind to comment on a post and then send a connection/follow request. It worked in almost 99% of the cases. 😉
